Graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2007 with a degree in Exercise Science
Graduated from Luther Seminary in 2013 with a Master's of Divinity
Currently attending the Institute of Lutheran Theology for a Master's of Sacred Theology

As a forgiven Child of God, Linda Nicklason is an endorsed Augustana District Pastor, who answered the call to  ministry at Peace mid-June of 2021, after serving 4 ½ years at New Creation Lutheran Church in Perham, MN, and as an Ambassador for the Augustana District for the past two years, (as of last week the Ambassador here at Peace.)

Peace Lutheran was her sending congregation, which celebrated her graduation from the Institute of Lutheran Theology on May 15, 2016, and Ordination on January 8, 2017.  This spring she completed training as an Intentional Interim Pastor through LCMC.

Gary and Linda have been married for 42 years and are blessed with three sons and their spouses; Trevor and Becky (daughters Marion, Elin, and Nora), Brent and Lindsey (children Sawyer and Stella), and Reid and Julie (son Ben), who all worship and serve at Peace.

Pastor Linda has served in youth ministry for many years with an emphasis on missions, and currently serves in visitation and music ministry at Peace as well.  Pastor Linda and husband Gary are happy to be back home with family, serving the Lord at Peace, with Pastor Tim and Grace.

Theresa came to Peace as the Office Manager in January of 2015.  She has been married to her husband, Wayne, for almost 43 years and they have two adult children Amy, (husband Jake) and Paul (wife Amie) and 4 grandchildren, Priscilla (13), Henry (8) & Ethan (6) and one on the way, due in December!  

Theresa grew up in Park Rapids and has worked in churches in many capacities over the years.  She loves the fellowship of staff and members and enjoys helping in any way possible.  

Theresa had the blessing of being raised in a Christian home with a long lineage of the faith. This heritage is something she is very thankful for. Her faith in Jesus Christ is what her life is about and she is happy for the opportunity to now be sharing that at Peace in her service there.
